For more than 16 years, Ronan has dedicated his career to strategic communications and stakeholder engagement in the built environment. His work has spanned the globe and covered a wide range of industries including energy, construction and manufacturing.

Working with a network of experts across the UK, Ronan and his team enter projects at their earliest phase to create compelling visions that build momentum, helping to gain consent and secure funding.

Through carefully coordinated stakeholder engagement, Ronan builds with communities, not just for them. He develops content and channel strategies that target niche and broad audiences, capturing the imagination and driving support.

Ronan prides himself on delivering exceptional client counsel, using industry insight and personal character to forge relationships and achieve business objectives. He uses creativity and enthusiasm to motivate multi-discipline and multi-sector teams, ensuring a consistent and high quality service is delivered across all projects.

Prior to joining Copper, Ronan was a Director at Weber Shandwick, one of the largest PR and comms agencies in the world. He led four global accounts – including Honeywell, ExxonMobil and Microsoft – and managed teams of up to 50 people across the globe.
