Rosie joined DESNZ in August 2022, where she led on the negotiations with first-of-a-kind electrolytic projects. With a keen interest in pioneering sustainable energy solutions, her expertise lies in navigating the intricate landscape of emerging technologies, policy frameworks, and industry collaborations to drive forward the adoption of hydrogen as a clean energy source.
Prior to her role at DESNZ, Rosie honed her expertise in carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) while serving at Ofgem. As a key member of the low carbon RAB team, she played a pivotal role in shaping policies and frameworks to incentivize the adoption of low-carbon technologies.
